Our Classes

We have a range of classes available.The aim of our classes is to not only train your body, but to also create a fun community rich environment.

A 30 minute high tempo variable resistance activity led by one of our trained instructors. Featuring a specially curated soundtrack for the session which creates a up-tempo, fun and vibrant atmosphere, with a 5 minute cool down to finish.

Mondays + Thursdays

6.00 - 6.30pm


This fan favourite allows members to feel a burn in their core, legs and glutes. Very little use of weights, where our instructor will use their imagination and creativity to make this one of the most enjoyable sessions you have been to.


6.45 - 7.30pm


45 minutes of high intensity interval training. We use resistance and body weight exercises to shred for 45 minutes straight! Any level welcome, with our many instructors we prioritise form but make sure we have fun too. Chaps only at this one!


7.30 - 8.15pm


This is our most popular class of the week! We gather and push ourselves to the limit – music is popping, we are sweating but most of all we are loving it. Nothing beats working out with a community that want you to push yourself but have a good time too.


6.00 - 7.00pm


Our Friday finisher is 45 minutes long. Circuits are a high energy and fast paced class that involves working your way around the different exercises performing as many as you can before that timer moves you on to the next spot. Great one to bring a friend along to and compete with them.


6.00 - 6.45pm


Got too much energy before bed? Come and release all that energy in a high intensity workout class. This class will involve more cardio than most classes and will help to tone muscles. Short, sharp movements will allow you to continue to burn fat even after the session.


6.00 - 6.30pm


Lucy’s Yoga Flow Wellbeing Classes include Breath Work, Yoga/ Pilates based movement ending in in Relaxation/ Meditation. Suitable for all age ranges and levels of ability.
